Housing and meal service are offered as a package plan for fixed dates. There is no credit for shorter stays or unused meal allotments. When available, Early Arrival and Late Departure days may be added to the package at an additional charge. Please observe the allowable extra nights below. Early Arrival and Late Departure guests may be housed in a residence hall different from where the Conference will be housed. These guests would then move to the Conference's assigned residence hall on the official check-in day. There is no refund for canceled Early Arrival or Late Departure nights after the reservation deadline.

Package dates are Sunday, August 3 – Friday, August 8, 2008 and may not be altered. Package rates are per person, not per room. Each room occupant must fill out a separate reservation form and submit payment.

Package rates:

$300.75 per person, double occupancy (includes $11.15 sales tax)

$403.25 per person, single occupancy (includes $11.15 sales tax)

These rates include:

• 5 nights of housing (Sunday, August 3 – Thursday, August 7, 2008)
• $100.00 towards meal service in any HFS food service location, including the fixed price, All-You-Care-To-Eat (AYCE) dining service offered in 8 at McMahon. Meal allocation is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• $20.00 Nonrefundable Reservation Fee (includes tax)
• Applicable sales tax

Reservations received after Monday, July 14, 2008 will be charged a $25.00 Late Reservation Fee (includes tax) and only processed on a space-available basis.
