Expression of VLDLR in the Retina and Evolution of Subretinal
Neovascularization in the Knockout Mouse Model's Retinal Angiomatous
Proliferation. Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci. 2008 Jan;49(1):407-15.
VLDLR is a molecule in lipoprotein metabolism, and recently has been found
to be involved in signaling pathways regulating angiogenesis. This paper
gave us a novel clue for the direct in vivo evidence supporting the idea
that VLDLR may have an important role in angiogenesis.
