The group rate is $189.00 per room, per night, single and double occupancy. This rate does not include city and state taxes of 15%.

If you need to arrive earlier than May 29 or stay beyond June 1, please call in your reservations. The online system can only accommodate you for the meeting dates. 

Reservations must be made no later than midnight April 28. Reservations made after April 28, 2019 will be subject to prevailing rates and accepted on a space available basis.

A valid credit card or deposit will be required by the Individual in order to guarantee his/her reservation.

Hotel Policies
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 12:00 noon
• Room Service: 24/7 (menu prices are subject to change

Cancellation Policies
• Group reservations: 72-hour cancellation policy
• During special-event periods a different cancellation policy may apply. Consult with a telephone reservationist or review your Web registration confirmation to determine your cancellation period.

Pet Policy
• Pets are not allowed at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center due to University of Texas at Austin regulations. The only exception is service animals. Please inform hotel management of the need for service animals prior to arrival and at check in. Animals that do not meet the “service animal” criteria will not be allowed to stay at the property. The front desk will have information about alternative boarding options available. Thank you for your cooperation.
