We’re holding two Workshops & NAVBO’s Annual Meeting &  Exhibition at the Asilomar Conference Grounds, on the Monterey Peninsula in California.

This is your only opportunity in 2012 to reach this diverse and larger audience.

The NAVBO workshops provide in-depth, disciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches to their subject matter. Our workshops bring together leading scientists who have an underlying interest in vascular biology, both from academia and industry. The program features prominent speakers and, in addition, there are oral and poster presentations by abstract authors, and vendors who demonstrate the latest products, services, and technology in the fields of vascular biology.

Exhibits must be kept intact until the closing of the exhibits.         
All aisles must remain clear for public passage.

Download the Exhibitor Application and Contract and return with your payment to NAVBO.  Checks can be mailed to the address below.  Credit card payments can be faxed (301) 540-5923, mailed or scanned and emailed to bernadette@navbo.org

Please send a 60-100 word description of products or services and your company web address with your application for inclusion in the Meeting Program and this web site. Descriptions exceeding 100 words may be edited by the NAVBO administrative office. Please send your description and web address via email to: bernadette@navbo.org.

Exhibitor Benefits & Promotion Included with your Contract

Program Name and Description
A list of exhibiting companies will be included in the final Meeting Program and will be posted on the meeting’s website at www.navbo.org/events/vb2012.

Meeting Program
Exhibitors must provide a 60-100 word product description and web address for inclusion in the Meeting Program.

Registration List
Exhibitors can receive the NAVBO membership list upon request made by October 1, 2012. Exhibitors will receive the meeting attendee list (after the meeting) free of charge.

Integrated with the Posters
Scientific poster presentations and exhibits will be co-mingled in order to provide exhibitors with the most traffic.  

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations  

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times. NAVBO  provides each booth space two (2) paid registrations that will provide booth staff full access to all scientific sessions and breaks. Additional booth staff or representatives from your company must register as meeting participants.

Promotional Items and Activities
Exhibiting companies are permitted to distribute promotional materials and other items at their Exhibit Booth location only. All distributed items must be useful to the professional activities of the meeting attendees and made available to all meeting attendees as long as supplies last.

No soliciting of registrants is permitted in the aisles, in other exhibitor booths, or in any other area reserved for this meeting. No distribution of literature or other promotional items at hotel guest rooms, or in any other public or private area of the conference center or hotel is permitted.

Subletting Exhibit Space
Subletting any part of the exhibit space by an exhibitor is prohibited.
