Diamond Level - Host the Welcome Reception for a contribution of $25,000. In addition to the benefits received by our Strategic Partners (see below), your organization will be featured on the back cover of our Workshop program with a four-color, full-page ad, and receive acknowledgment on additional exclusive signage at the Welcome Reception and complimentary space for a full page ad in our Newsletter and on our web site.
Platinum Level (contribution of $15,000) will be named as the sponsor of one of our poster session receptions and will receive all the benefits received by our Strategic Partners; additional acknowledgements will include complimentary space for a four-color, full-page ad on an inside cover of our meeting program, a full page ad in our upcoming Newsletter, and of course additional signage at the meeting.
Gold Level (contribution $10,000 to $14,999). Obtain the benefits associated with a Strategic Partner, plus full-page ads in the meeting program and our upcoming Newsletter, and be listed as a Gold Level supporter in meeting signage. In addition, a Gold Level Partner may choose to support a particular meal and have additional signage recognizing this sponsorship.
Strategic Partner – For educational grants of $5,000 or more, a for-profit organization will be recognized as a “Strategic Partner” and receive acknowledgment on all promotional materials, posters, newsletters and web site, and at the meeting in signage, slides and in the program.* In addition, a Strategic Partner may choose to support a particular meal and have additional signage recognizing this sponsorship.
Workshop Partner – For educational grants of $2,500-$4,999, a for-profit organization will be designated as a “Workshop Partner” and will receive acknowledgement in promotional materials, posters and newsletters.* Workshop Partners may choose to sponsor a coffee break.
Additional Opportunities:
Contributors at the Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Levels and Strategic and Workshop Partners may choose to reserve a booth in the poster sessions for exhibiting products or literature. If a representative is sent to man this table, his/her registration fee will be waived, however, all travel and lodging expenses will be the responsibility of the “partner.” This representative will be permitted to attend all workshop sessions and breaks.
Event Partner
For educational grants of $1,000 to $2,499, an organization will be recognized as an “Event Partner” and will be acknowledged as such on promotional materials, on our web site, newsletter and in the meeting program.*
Non-Profit Literature Table ($500 for one 6’ draped table, no signage provided)
Displays will be set up nearby the session area and are available to non-profit organizations, government agencies and academic or medical institutions. (It is the responsibility of the organization to arrange and pay for shipping and return of materials.)

If you choose, your organization’s logo, in addition to its name, may be included on above mentioned promotional materials. Names (or logos) of partners will have a link to the organization’s web site from our web site.
No sponsor or partner may have influence in the programming of this meeting.
* Acknowledgement is contingent upon funding being received prior to production of any printed piece and must be confirmed by September 15, 2012, to assure recognition in the final Program.
