Submissions due by April 2, 2018
We're looking ahead to Vascular Biology 2019 (October 27-31 at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, CA) and we would like input from the NAVBO membership. Vascular Biology 2019 will consist of the Developmental Vascular Biology and Genetics Workshop and the Vascuar Matrix Biology and Bioengineering Workshop. The NAVBO Council and the meeting organizers, Victoria Bautch (UNC Chapel Hill), Courtney Griffin (OMRF), Kayla Bayless (TAMU), Marelene Rabinovitch (Stanford), Linda Demer (UCLA) and Christopher Breuer (Nationwide Children's Hospital), are seeking proposals from NAVBO members for a session developed by members. This new session may or may not be directly related to the workshop themes. The session will have a two-hour time slot, tentatively scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, October 29.
*Please note: You may also consider submitting a proposal for our Vascular Therapeutics session (presented on Wednesday evening, October 30). This session should be organized by two members – one from academia and one from industry (biotech, pharmaceuticals, etc.); the speakers should also represent both environments equally. We suggest four invited talks. If interested, check the appropriate box on the submission form.
Submissions are due April 2, 2018.
