Anjelica Gonzalez, Ph.D.
Research Interests: My research interests are focused on the microvasculature, and specifically the role of pericytes in dictating the health and disease of vasculature and the surrounding tissue. My work includes developing engineered biomimetic tissues, inclusive of extracellular matrix, basement membranes and composite microvascular structures.
